These Terms and Conditions govern the use of mrsparrow.com.au and the purchase of any goods from it. If you have any problems using the website, please email us at sales@mrsparrow.com.au or phone us on +61 8 9381 6362 between 9.30am and 5.30pm AWST Monday to Friday, or between 9.00am and 5.00pm on Saturdays.
Please note that by accessing, using or browsing this website you agree to be bound by its terms, conditions, disclaimers and limitations of liability ("Terms and Conditions"). Mr Sparrow reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without providing notice to you. By using the website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions.
Product Information
Prices of products and other charges displayed on the Mr Sparrow website are current at the time of display. These prices are subject to variation without notice.
We do our best to provide accurate descriptions and photographs of the products on our website but if you think a product has been inaccurately represented, contact us and we’ll see what we can work out.
Payment
We currently accept payment by Mastercard or Visa. If you would prefer to pay by credit card over the phone, please call the shop during opening hours and we will process your order. Your order will not be dispatched until we have processed your payment. If for some reason we are unable to process your payment we will contact you via email or phone.
All prices shown are in Australian Dollars. Where applicable, GST is included in the price if delivered within Australia.
You will receive an invoice via email upon completion of your order and another will be included in your parcel. If you do not wish to have an invoice included in the parcel, please leave us a note in the “Shipping Instructions” section when checking out.
Gift-wrapping
We offer complimentary gift-wrapping for all online purchases. Please check the 'Gift Wrapping' box at check-out. If multiple items are purchased, we will wrap them separately unless you have requested otherwise (please leave any requests in the 'Shipping Instructions' section at check-out).
Processing
Most online orders are shipped the same day, unless placed outside our opening hours, in which case they are usually processed the following working day. Please allow 1 - 2 business days for your order to be processed and posted to you. If we are unable to process your order within three days of receiving payment we will contact you via email to make alternative arrangements. You will receive an instant email confirmation of your order and an emailed shipping confirmation once the order has been dispatched. Any orders placed late on a Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday, will be processed the following Monday or Tuesday.
Although we aim to keep the information on our website as up-to-date and accurate as possible, we cannot guarantee that a product listed on the website will be available. If for some reason a product you have purchased is not available, we will contact you via email and you will not be charged.
Shipping
We ship worldwide using Australia Post. Items incur a shipping and handling charge which increases according to the number of items in your cart. Shipping is added to your order at checkout - you can see how much shipping will cost before committing to your order.
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.
We will provide you with an estimated date for delivery of all parcels. While we make every effort to deliver by this time, all dates specified are estimates only. Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not send a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be sent according to our discretion. If your purchase has not arrived within the expected time frame, please contact us by email or phone.
Shipping options are as follows:
Registered mail Australia-wide
Choose this option if your order is being delivered anywhere within Australia and is not urgent. Items will be sent via Australia Post and delivery will take 3-7 working days, and up to 10 working days during the December period. We do not accept any responsibility for any losses through Australia Post with this service.
Express Post Australia-wide
Choose this option if your order is being delivered anywhere within Australia and you require urgent delivery. Items will be sent via Australia Post’s Express Post network and next day delivery is guaranteed within the Express Post network. Express post also has the benefit of being a tracked service. If you're not home to receive your parcel and the driver feels it's not safe to leave, a calling card will be left and your parcel can be collected from your nearest post office.
International Air Mail
Choose this option if your order is being delivered outside Australia. We deliver all over the world. Items will be sent via Australia Post International Air Mail and delivery times will vary depending on the country but are within 5-14 working days. Please note, some countries may charge additional duty and custom fees that are not included in our international shipping charges.
Pick-up from Subiaco store
Choose this method if you would like to order and pay online and pick up from our store in Subiaco. Your order will be ready for collection within 24 hours of payment being finalized but is usually available the same day.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately on +61 8 9381 6362. Once we have accepted payment for an order, cancellation of the order is at our discretion.
Returns and Exchanges
If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, please email us within 14 days of receipt of product at sales@mrsparrow.com.au. We will be happy to refund or exchange your purchase if goods are found to be faulty or damaged but do not normally offer refunds if you simply change your mind. Refunds will include the delivery cost and will be issued via the original method of payment.
We package our products as best we can to ensure safe delivery while keeping shipping costs to a minimum, but should your goods arrive broken, we will happily issue you with a refund or exchange, but may ask for proof of damage.
For all clothing purchased online we offer no-questions-asked exchange or refund, provided the goods are returned within 14 days of purchase and are in their original condition with all tags in place, unless otherwise stated in the item description. Please note that we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for tights. Refunds will exclude the original shipping cost and will be issued once we have received the returned item. Please send us an email to sales@mrsparrow.com.au if you would like to return or exchange an item of clothing.
Sales
Unless otherwise specified, our sales run in-store and online concurrently. In order to access the discount online customers will need to use the discount code at check-out. This code will be displayed on the homepage and each product page on the website. If you have trouble finding or using the code, please contact us.
Discount codes are valid until midnight on the final day of the sale. Our usual Returns & Exchange policies apply to sale items (please see above).
